Rwanda Partners works to improve the lives of the poor and marginalized in Rwanda through economic and educational programs.
• The Rwanda Basket Co. - employing over 2000 rural women
• The Urunana Pineapple Plantation – benefitting 82 reconciled rape victims and genocide perpetrators’ wives
• The Ambassadors Cassava Plantation – providing economic support for 120 reconciled perpetrators, survivors and lay leaders from local churches
• Gashora Orphans Cassava Plantation – supporting 10 orphan heads of households
• The Gashora Orphans Sewing Program – training 15 vulnerable youth in Gashora in sewing
• The Wirira Widows Chicken/Egg/Corn Farm – benefitting 56 genocide widows and their children
• Vocational Sewing Program – providing a market to 25 unemployed young adults
• Catch-Up Schools Program – providing support for 2 Catch-Up Schools that employ 16 teachers and educates 662 street students
• Uniforms Transform Campaign – providing school uniforms to 662 street children
